The music festival sold out in a few days but there are still some hotel rooms left.
The premiere music festival, Oceans Calling, won’t be here until the end of September, the 26th, 27th and 28th. But you KNOW it’s popular when some classes of tickets sell out in a matter of days.
So NOW is the time to start planning where to stay. We did just check a couple of boardwalk hotels for availability the weekend of the festival in late September. The first one we checked had seven rooms available for that weekend. The second one we checked only had one room left.
Hotels are almost sold out – Book Today!
Keep in mind, for all y’all country music fans that the Country Calling Music Festival is the following weekend, October 4th and 5th. Tickets for that, too, are expected to be a sellout. We imagine the hotel situation will also be a sellout, as it was last year.
Check the Boardwalk Hotel Map page to see where you would like to stay…for either (or both) of these popular music festivals.
Ocean City Hotel bookings continue to remain strong.

Boardwalk Hotels are having a great year. This update is as of September 39, 2014 – the last day of the third quarter of the year. With a new hotel booking last evening we have now eclipsed the total number of bookings for 2003. This is a great position to be in to begin the fourth quarter of the year. The town of ocean City is to be commended for all it does to attract and maintain visitors throughout the year – and not just the summer (touristy) months.
